A huge well done and thanks to Fiona Ferguson for completing the London Marathon. Fiona works as the Older Adults Liaison Psychiatry Nursing Team Lead. Her role is about improving services for older adults and developing nurses roles. Fiona works in 4 different sites across NHS Grampian and has a busy role.
Gemma’s cold water swim raises £2,410 for cancer fund in memory of her Granny
When health visitor Gemma Dalgliesh suddenly lost her grandmother Yvonne Horne to cancer, she decided to channel her energy into an outdoor water challenge to kickstart the year. Gemma, from Turriff, said: “Feeling saddened, I decided I wanted to channel my energy into something good.”

The Eye Clinic has moved!
When the Eye Clinic moved to its new home in the Summer, NHS Grampian Charity was delighted to be able to upgrade and add to the Department’s equipment. The charity supported the fitting out of an additional cataract procedure room together equipped with the most up-to-date cataract removal system.
