15th – 21st December
Bring some festive magic to your local hospital this December by joining National ‘Elf Service Week – our fun, feel-good fundraiser that helps make spirits bright for patients and their families across Grampian.
What it’s all about
Between December 15th and 21st, we’re inviting local people, schools, businesses and community groups to take part in a festive-themed fundraiser.
Every pound raised helps enhance hospital care and wellbeing across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray, funding those special projects and extras that go above and beyond core NHS Grampian services.
Together, we can make our hospitals a little brighter.
Can’t hold a fundraiser? You can still make a difference!
Donate online to support the appeal, or help us spread the word by sharing our posts and encouraging others to join in on social media. Every share and every pound helps bring more comfort and joy to our hospitals this festive season.

Thanks to generous supporters like you, NHS Grampian Charity can fund projects that bring comfort, joy and care to patients and families – from creating welcoming spaces and providing specialist equipment, to funding advanced staff training opportunities and cutting-edge medical research.
Every penny stays right here in Grampian, and your fundraising doesn’t replace NHS funding – it adds those extra touches that make hospitals brighter for everyone.
